Using QR Croc

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, images, text and destinations you upload or create. You grant us the licence needed to host, render and deliver that content as part of running the service.

Acceptable use

• No malware, phishing, or deceptive destinations.
• No content that is illegal, hateful or infringing.
• No impersonation of brands or people you are not authorised to represent.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or remove QR codes, pages or accounts that breach these rules.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at purchase. Credits are consumed by generation features and are non-refundable once used. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep dynamic QR redirects and hosted pages online, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. Check the status page for incidents.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept it. See also our privacy policy.
